As our kids head back to school, we’re exploring ways to improve education. Join our X Space to hear guests debate solutions to Pennsylvania’s public school challenges. How should we deal with the Supreme Court’s ruling on school property taxes? Does more money equate to better education? Are school choice vouchers the answer to failing schools? Tuesday Nigth Book Club
Join us as we discuss our August selection, Second Class: How the Elite Betrayed America’s Working Men and Women by Batya Unger-Sargon. We’ll engage in a lively conversation about the challenges facing the working class today.
We'll explore key themes from the book, including the widening wealth gap, the impact of rising housing and healthcare costs, and the social and economic implications of encouraging more students to pursue higher education. Don’t worry if you haven’t read the book yet; everyone is welcome to participate in the discussion!
